Weight & BF Weekly Tracker

 GOAL: Reduce 0.5lb of fat per week. (not sure if it's possible...) 

Ideally, it'd be great if I am down to 11-12% BF by week 10, and fantastic if I got to 10-11% BF by week 13.

Week 0 (3/28): 182.6lb (total weight)-- 14.2% (body fat) -- 25.92lb of fat
Week 1 (4/5): 183.4lb (total weight)-- 15.0% (body fat) -- 27.51lb of fat (DMG)
Week 2 (4/12): 183.0lb (total weight)-- 15.3% (body fat) -- 27.99lb of fat (DMG)
